Position Summary
Fidelis Integrated Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Modeling and Simulation Analyst. This role involves collaborating with a team of analysts to conduct research, develop models, and analyze military systems to assess the performance and implications of operational strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will utilize expertise in model-based system engineering (MBSE) to perform analyses that support:

  • Requirements definition
  • Mission effectiveness evaluation
  • System assessment
  • Military utility analysis across various missions, including combat air, intelligence-surveillance-reconnaissance, and air mobility.

The MSTP's mission is to enhance training within the MAGTF framework across a spectrum of military operations, focusing on improving warfighting capabilities through effective training and support.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Creating and modifying databases for simulation systems utilized in MSTP exercises.
  • Ensuring technical support for simulation systems during training exercises and advising on solutions for technical challenges.
  • Preparing comprehensive simulation control plans for all MSTP exercises.
  • Designing and maintaining simulation system Response Cell diagrams.
  • Providing expertise as an Intelligence Instructor Controller (IC) and familiarizing with the training audience's operations to facilitate effective response cell operations.
  • Participating in structured orders development and rehearsals to ensure accurate representation of training audience operations in simulation models.
  • Establishing simulation federations and databases to accurately depict all forces and interactions.
  • Conducting operational testing to evaluate simulation databases and parametric data, ensuring models accurately represent forces for training events.
  • Delivering training to Subordinate Unit Response Cells (SURCs) on modeling and simulation procedures.
  • Recommending adjudications and mitigation actions for simulation discrepancies during MSTP exercises.
  • Documenting and reporting MSEL actions during exercises.
  • Submitting Software Trouble Reports (STRs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) as necessary.

Qualifications
Applicants must be U.S. Citizens with a Secret Security Clearance and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in intelligence related to MAGTF operations. A Bachelor's Degree along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook is required. Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

Additional Information
This position typically operates in a normal office environment with occasional travel requirements. The salary for this role starts at $75,000.
