E-Commerce Order Processor

The Online Order Filling Team Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our e-commerce operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As an Online Order Filling associate, you will be responsible for accurately processing online orders, resolving any discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are packaged correctly and ready for pick-up.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory levels, order fulfillment, or customer concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that data is up-to-date and accessible as needed.
