Lifestyle Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lifestyle Ambassador to join our team at CCMC. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Lifestyle Director to foster resident and community partnerships and facilitate connections through events, programming, and communications.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or other related fields. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute community events and programs that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive community communications strategy, including website updates, newsletters, promotional materials, and social media accounts.
• Support the operations of the amenity center, welcoming new residents, and assisting with club and group management.
• Perform administrative tasks, including vendor management, payment processing, and supporting overall community communications.

About the Compensation

This is a competitive pay opportunity, with a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a flexible schedule, we offer a service-oriented team dedicated to your success.
