About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agency Coordinator to join our team at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center. As an Agency Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our agency's operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our agency's contracted referral sources, clients, and personnel.
  • Process new recipient onboarding, including coordinating with Community Mental Health Case Managers and clients to initiate FMS Services.
  • Process new recipient paperwork, including data entry, scanning, and uploading documents, as well as verifying client information and applying for EINs.
  • Process new hire paperwork, including running initial background checks, completing data entry, and scanning and uploading new hire paperwork.
  • Provide staff orientation and maintain mandatory trainings for County and State compliance.
  • Mail various correspondences and perform other projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Two years of post-high school administrative experience.
  • College graduate preferred with a minimum of two years of administrative experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel and visit on-site locations in Southwest Michigan.
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, health savings account, paid time off, holidays, vision insurance, and paid mileage.
  • 8-hour shift from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
