Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure that all staff follows our procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective management of daily operations, ensuring that every guest has an authentic experience and feels welcome.
  • Culture Setting: Establish and maintain a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, including menu rollouts, social media content creation, and staff training.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest receives exceptional service, responding promptly to any complaints or issues.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial aspects, including invoices, credits, and cash balances.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Educational Background: A degree in hospitality or a related field is desirable.
