Automotive Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Rusnak Auto Group. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of our business office department.

• Reconcile all bank activity on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare monthly floor plan reconciliations, verifying matches to bank records.
• Assist the Controller and Accounting Managers in various tasks, including reconciling and finalizing month-end procedures, directing and archiving business documents, and scheduling review and auditing for books.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with the preparation of financial statements and statistical data.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar position in the automotive industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with at least 3 years of retail-related experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Desired: Current California Driver License with a satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
