  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in marketing materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative services
  • Provide expert-level guidance on design, photography, and video production
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain brand standards and guidelines
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and meet company standards
  • Manage and maintain our CMS websites (WordPress and Drupal) and basic web programming languages
  • Work remotely with occasional local travel

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience with 3-4 years as a manager
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or Communication or equivalent work experience
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite expertise and best practice design sensibilities
  • Experience with photography and video production and editing (iMovie or Adobe Premiere)
  • Ability to create content that considers the brand's audience and desired end user
  • Experienced with project management software or equivalent
