About the Role:

We are in search of a proficient PLM System Administrator who possesses a strong background in Agile methodologies. This role involves collaborating with various departments, analyzing data, and enhancing or establishing policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in project management, implementing processes that improve operational efficiency and support scalability.

Key Qualifications:
  • Expertise in corporate office protocols, organizational policies, and industry benchmarks
  • Understanding of document control regulations and practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design workflows for Change Management, Parts, and BOM organization
  • Proficient in facilitating cross-departmental meetings and delivering effective presentations
  • Self-motivated with a capacity to quickly adapt to new tools and concepts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
  • Manage Agile PLM administrative functions
  • Create clear and concise documentation and presentations
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to optimize processes and resolve challenges
  • Establish best practices for document control across various departments
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely delivery of results
  • Lead teams, manage tasks, and provide project updates to stakeholders
  • Develop training materials focused on Product Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail and review intricate documentation
  • Offer support outside of regular hours as necessary
Experience Requirement:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Agile PLM tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is advantageous
