About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for carrying out responsibilities in community outreach, enrollment assistance, coordination of FHCN community events, grants, and programs. You will also be responsible for executing outreach activities for the organization, supporting consumers with enrollment services and referrals, and executing FHCN programs and departmental grant initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for achieving departmental goals and metrics for functional areas as assigned
- Communicates feedback to the supervisor regarding workflows and policies
- Serves as a subject matter expert in functional areas as assigned
- Performs high-level administrative functions to comply with regulations and reporting requirements to meet department deadlines
- Possess work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including formal written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, mathematical, technical, or health care-related knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a trade school, para-professional, or certificate type program
- Experience in community outreach, educational activities, and customer service is preferred
- A competitive salary range of $21.56 - $30.86 per hour
