Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EV Licensed Electrician to join our team at Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI). Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and test customer equipment, including EV charging stations, Category 2, and DC Fast Chargers.
  • Provide documentation, including test reports and service summaries, to customers.
  • Instruct customers and personnel on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Perform warranty work and start-up service, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Construct and test circuits and equipment using various tools and machines, including computers, workstations, circuit diagrams, and test instruments/equipment.
  • Provide technical support in product service, product training, and applications, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze complex problems in equipment and machinery, interpreting maintenance manuals and using knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct faults.
  • Consult with product support and engineering personnel to determine solutions to complex problems in system operation.
  • Report customer suggestions on product improvement and existing product designs to the appropriate technical specialist.
  • Assist in the development of design modifications, implementing changes and providing installation support.
  • Develop and implement training courseware, providing training to customers and other service representatives.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships, addressing all aspects of equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Maintain service equipment, tools, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Military experience within the following positions: Navy Nuclear Electronic Technicians and Electrician's Mate.
  • Experience in electrical start-up and testing, including EV charging stations, Category 2, and DC Fast Chargers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, including understanding the spoken and written word and speaking in English.
  • Travel: 50%.
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate customer demands and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
