Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, relocating equipment and supplies as necessary.
  • Receive incoming packages, collect packing slips, and submit them to the Accounts Payables department.
  • Prepare, weigh, and dispatch packages to designated locations.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools for the assembly of crates.
  • Process incoming returns, logging them accurately and storing them in assigned areas.
  • Verify incoming packages against packing slips and ensure proper placement of goods.
  • Maintain accuracy between delivered items, packing slips, and purchase orders.
  • Update daily shipping reports and maintain shipping records.
  • Provide emergency driving for shipping as needed (for qualified candidates).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Additional Information:

All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check. This position is classified as Safety Sensitive, necessitating a comprehensive drug screening process.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (non-exempt) for Full-Time roles.

  • Overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Forklift training will be provided for qualified candidates.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a thorough approach to procedures.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively with team members.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All necessary tools will be provided.
