Base Rate:$35.61

Job Summary:Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, performs direct care activities to provide and maintain individualized quality patient care.
Responsibilities include administering medications, performing treatments, gathering patient data, and contributing to an individualized plan of care.
Provides patient education, maintains records of care provided, and ensures hygiene and comfort measures are met.
Contributes to department operations and communications, adhering to the mission, vision, and values of Pipeline Health System, LLC.
Requirements:- At least one year of experience in the department of assignment
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, strong organizational skills, and PC skills
- Capacity to learn, synthesize, make critical judgments, work independently, and collaborate with team members
Graduate of an Accredited school of Licensed Vocational Nurses
Licensure/Certifications:Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) issued by licensing/certifying board in state of employment
BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) required
