Job Summary:

Clarvida - Washington is seeking a skilled Patient-Centered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our medical team, you will provide high-quality care to adults with complex mental health needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting our Nurse Practitioner's goal-directed plan of care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular medical assessments and provide medical history information to support the Nurse Practitioner's plan of care.
- Complete medication reviews, establish priorities of client care, and link clients to medical providers and follow up on labs, refills, prescriptions, and prior authorizations.
- Provide in-service training to staff regarding medical and psychiatric nursing issues and consult on the client's treatment plan.

Requirements:

- Current RN license in Washington.
- 1 or more courses on psychiatric nursing and psychotropic medications.
- 1 or more years' experience working with psychiatric client populations.
- Intermediate PC skills and strong clinical/communication skills.
