As a Nursing Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of nursing personnel across all shifts within the designated units.

- Ensure seamless continuity of care between shifts by providing direct patient care and supervising the nursing team, including RNs, CNAs, LPNs, and support staff.

Experience Requirements:
Prior experience in Long Term Care settings is essential. Our facility caters to patients in long-term, short-term, and sub-acute rehabilitation environments.
