Job Summary

Profile Products LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from our warehouse to customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process documents for new shipments, including bills of lading, warehouse releases, and order acknowledgments.
  • Obtain freight quotes from multiple carriers and schedule outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate appointments for outbound and inbound orders and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
  • Enter order shipment confirmations into our computer system using JD Edwards and Phyletec.
  • Inform Customer Service of inventory stock levels and maintain accurate files of shipping records.
  • Prepare and provide ad hoc reports to Management and Customer Service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years' experience in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Work Environment:

This position works in an office environment with moderate noise levels.
