Scientist III

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist III to join our team at Parexel International Corporation. As a key member of our CMC Operations group, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of new therapies.

• Analyze samples and compile meaningful data to inform product testing and development.
• Perform investigations and prepare responses to CAPA, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and revise Test Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Participate in audits, self-inspections, and safety inspections to maintain a high level of quality and compliance.
• Complete assigned training and ensure training is complete prior to performing tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or applied discipline, with a strong foundation in microbiology.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Microbiology related position, with a proven track record of technical writing skills and experience in performing product testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
