  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for Veterans with complex mental health needs.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external organizations and resources to enhance service delivery and referrals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement within the Vet Center.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (www.cswe.org/).
  • One year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, including advanced practice skills in a specialty area or administration.
  • Licensure or certification at the Advanced Practice level in their state of practice.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
