Job SummaryThe Quality Supervisor is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our automotive manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively supervise a team of UAW represented employees, implement process controls, and prevent defects from entering the production line. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing standardization, as well as experience in both supplier and quality areas. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.   • Manage day-to-day quality control and inspection activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards
  • Supervise hourly and SBU employees, providing guidance and support to ensure quality excellence
  • Conduct daily audits across all shifts to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement vehicle control plans to prevent defects from entering the production line
  • Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
