Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and poise.
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards, ensuring a visually appealing atmosphere for our guests.
  • Respond to questions about menu selections with confidence and knowledge, delighting our guests with personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability, ensuring seamless execution of our culinary offerings.
  • Cultivate a culture of cleanliness by maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and organization in your workspace, equipment, and surroundings.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • No supervisory experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role.
  • You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, as well as move efficiently around the dining area.
Working Conditions

This position requires standing for long periods, moving around the dining area, and lifting light objects. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Compensation
