We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Analyst to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. This is a hybrid role, with 50% of the time spent in the office and 50% working remotely.

• Manage property and casualty claims and litigation files
• Provide underwriting support and assist in product development
• Conduct file supervision, coverage analysis, and guidance on property and casualty claims files
• Control and manage property and casualty litigation files
• Communicate claims trends to the CSU Underwriting team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and reasoning skills with the ability to multi-task
• The ability to sustain effective working relationships with associates, policyholders, claimants, and agents
• A bachelor's degree (required) or a law degree (preferred)
• Five or more years of claims adjusting or claims supervision experience

We provide a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
