E-commerce Listers/Shipper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Lister/Shipper to join our team at Goodwill Southeast Georgia. As an E-commerce Lister/Shipper, you will be responsible for researching, photographing, and listing items for sale online, as well as shipping transactions with speed and accuracy.

• Research and list items for sale online, including taking high-quality photos and writing detailed descriptions
• Process items efficiently, maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area, while stocking supplies
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their online shopping experience by properly sorting, evaluating, and identifying items by value for online sale
• Answer questions accurately related to products from buyers and meet daily listing and shipping goals in a safe work environment

• Strong knowledge of collectibles, art, online markets, jewelry, and ability to determine value on the online marketplace
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using a digital camera or iPhone camera
• Ability to multi-task with speed, focus, and organization
• Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technology needs
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting/moving/pushing/pulling merchandise up to 40 lbs, with or without accommodations
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
