Cart Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart. As a key member of our Front-End Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the designated area.
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, ensuring efficient and safe cart management.
• Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Work in all weather conditions with a positive attitude, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull carts and equipment, as well as stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
