Speech-Language Pathologist Position in Bay City

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide specialized support to young children, enhancing their communication abilities. This role is crucial in fostering essential speech and language skills in early learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language capabilities.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing assessment results.
- Present findings and recommendations during ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings.
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support educational objectives.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Open to Clinical Fellows and Assistants (SLPA) if certified SLP candidates are unavailable.
- Hybrid service options available, though preference is for in-person therapy.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Strong preference for in-person service delivery.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with early childhood and elementary-aged students.
