Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

HealthEcareers - Client is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
