Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc., a leading non-profit health system, seeks a Full-time BE/BC Gastroenterologist for Holy Family Memorial Center in Manitowoc, WI.
About the OpportunityThis is a 1.0 FTE position with Monday-Friday hours from 8am to 5pm.
- Locations: Split between Holy Family Memorial Center (75%) and Taylor Drive in Sheboygan (25%); anticipated high volume of procedures (75-80% in OR)
- Collaborate with an experienced team consisting of 1 physician and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
- Average call frequency is 1:3
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $**250,000 - $350,000** annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional incentives and benefits.
About the Job DescriptionAs a gastroenterologist at Holy Family Memorial Center, you will:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through diagnostic and therapeutic services in endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other procedures
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate medical records, adhering to established protocols and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in gastroenterology
