Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on zoning laws and land use regulations
- Assist in the preparation of documents related to real estate development
- Represent clients in front of government agencies and community stakeholders
- 2-4 years of experience as a Land Use Attorney
- Strong understanding of zoning laws and land use regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary: $126,500 - $142,000 per year
