As a thought leader, you will help foster a sense of community among industry leaders. Advise customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content to help them make better decisions. Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration.
Responsibilities- Be familiar with the mission and operations of our customers including knowledge of common goals and initiatives, procurement cycles, and business processes.
- Work closely with customers to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform. Provide configuration guidance and best practices to customers and understand how Esri's technology enables the customer's stated vision.
- Collaborate with Esri's practice managers and marketing and sales teams to support business development for technology and implementation patterns with new and existing customers.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (desktop, server, and online).
- Hands-on experience working with or implementing imagery and remote sensing software including satellite imagery, aerial photography, drone captured imagery and LIDAR data management and analysis.
- Experience with working with LiDAR point cloud data.
- Proficiency in scripting using Python for geospatial analysis and management.
- Deep working experience in core Esri GIS software products: ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers.
