Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled independent optometrist to join our team and provide high-quality eye care services to patients in our Walmart stores.

This role offers the opportunity to establish your own schedule, set your fee structure, and manage your patient base.

As an independent optometrist, you will have the autonomy to make decisions about your practice and work closely with local healthcare providers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and vision services
  • Manage patient schedules and fees efficiently
  • Built strong relationships with local healthcare professionals and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited institution (if applicable)
  • Valid state ophthalmology license (if applicable)
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9 form on file

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year
