Are you looking for a fulfilling career in water safety and education? Do you want to work with children and make a difference in your community? We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Cromwell.

Job Summary

As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim safely and effectively. You will also enforce pool safety rules and regulations, and provide excellent customer service to our members and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
  2. Enforce pool safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
  3. Evaluate student progress and complete required paperwork.
  4. Interact with parents/guardians on student activities and development.
  5. Act as a GSS ambassador to ensure parental satisfaction.
Requirements
  • No prior swim experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is a must.
  • Ability to work with children.
  • 16 years or older.

Work Environment
