Head Baker

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cakes meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to create high-quality cakes.
• Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Accurately prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor the baking process.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, and maintain baking and refrigeration logs.
• Assist the Bakery Manager in developing the cake production plan, and monitor inventory of baking supplies.
• Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure compliance with our standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, and ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.

• Ability to understand written and oral directions, and interpret instructional documents.
• Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require strength and endurance.
• Ability to operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety practices, and work environment standards.
