Job Summary

The Hydrocare Provider (HP/RN) is a critical role in our business model, responsible for conducting daily IV hydration treatments and vitamin injections. This position is based at our flagship locations in Atlanta and reports directly to the Clinic Manager, working under the guidance of our Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily client interactions, including wellness assessments, monitoring of vital signs, and recording patient medical history.
  • Administer IV therapy treatments and injections, following Medical Director's Standing Orders, Protocols, and Procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on medications and compound vitamins, making recommendations based on client needs and goals.
  • Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality in all duties.
  • Offer trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Valid and current Registered Nurse License/Certificate in the state.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with IV and injections.
  • Reliable transportation to/from the clinic and local areas for offsite events and/or house calls.
  • Preference given to candidates with previous experience in Children's Healthcare, ER, OR, or L&D Departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under stressful situations, including customer-facing, medical emergencies, and product/staff shortages.
  • Moderate computer skills, including knowledge of Medical Record Keeping, MacOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly compensation, plus tips, with a nursing staff average of $35-44/hour. Part-time or full-time opportunities available, with a typical shift of 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
