Job Overview

In this position, you will oversee various critical functions, including the entire spray foam application process, leading a team, and managing projects from inception to completion. Previous experience in spray foam is essential.

Preferred Experience:

  • Insulation Installer
  • Spray Foam Installer
  • Spray Foam Technician
  • Lead Insulation Installer
  • Operations Manager

Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and load the necessary materials for each project
  • Plan and execute efficient installations in both residential and commercial settings
  • Set up work areas by clearing obstacles and protecting surfaces
  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols
  • Operate and maintain spray foam equipment
  • Ensure precise and tidy spray foam application
  • Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to achieve project objectives

Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to teamwork and job responsibilities
  • High levels of accountability and willingness to learn
  • Experience with construction tools, including forklifts and power tools, is preferred
  • Basic understanding of construction principles, with training available
  • Physical agility, good hand-eye coordination, and balance
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or collaboratively
  • Humble yet determined approach to achieving goals
  • Experience in spray foam application is mandatory
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
