**Construction Project Manager Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager (Site/Civil) with airport paving expertise to join our client's team in Southwest Florida.

This is a rewarding opportunity that requires collaboration with team members to ensure quality project delivery, acting in both General Contracting and Construction Management capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with superintendents, architects, and engineers to establish priorities and drive project success.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities and manage all financial reporting internally and externally.
  • Thoroughly understand and implement all contract requirements, including day-to-day activities, to achieve project objectives.
  • Participate in business development and community engagement opportunities to expand the company's reach.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and technology utilization and support recruiting, training, and mentoring employees.
  • Estimate projects ranging from full projects to individual scopes and change orders, with a focus on constructability, safety, and contract review.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of ten years' experience as a Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Manager on relevant civil work.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various forms of governmental contracting and specifications.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
  • Oustanding written and oral communication skills, with excellent reporting and organizational skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills and ability to pass background checks for necessary Government entities.
  • Excellent technical communication skills, with keen attention to detail and self-motivation.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
