IntelyCare is seeking a skilled LPN Nursing Professional to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions and track their vital signs
- Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns
- Help with medication administration and proper verification, tracking use and effects
- Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents
- Track residents' medical records and charts
- Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Keep track of medical supplies and maintain a proper inventory
- Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans
- Work with staff in the orientation and training of new colleagues
