About the Role

This is a part-time position working multiple shifts available, with a base salary range of $47.13 - $74.61 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care and services through the acute care episode, across the continuum.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care through effective utilization and monitoring of healthcare resources.
  • Assume a leadership role to achieve desired clinical, financial, and resource outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients, physicians, and professional staff on levels of care, quality-of-care issues, and regulatory concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years registered nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
