About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Grove, OK. As a key member of our Pharmacy team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Advise patients on medication therapy, pharmacokinetic recommendations, and pain management
  • Verify physician orders for safe and effective medication therapy, including indications, allergies, dosing, interactions, and cost-effectiveness
  • Compound and dispense pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Ensure the readiness of emergency carts and maintain a proper supply of medications
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure completion and documentation of all work, including that of technicians
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Current Oklahoma Pharmacy license
  • 15 hours of approved continued education annually
  • Effective communication skills in English
