Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinating care delivery to ensure that resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on gerontological nursing, including experience with dementia populations.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care
  • Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident's needs are met
  • Read and write English in an understandable manner
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted
Requirements:
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience
  • Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population
