Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a Behavior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients aged 2-21. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying target behaviors, collaborating with clients and their families, and providing evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients, families, and other service providers
  • Provide direct care and supervisory services, including observation, reinforcement, and other rehabilitative strategies
  • Collaborate with licensed psychologists or psychiatrists to ensure alignment with ITPs and prescriptive guidelines
Requirements
  • Possess PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
  • Hold a relevant professional license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, or equivalent)
  • Have a certification as BCBA or Master's level certification in BA
  • A minimum of one year full-time experience providing ABA services (or equivalent alternative qualifications)

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This range reflects the company's commitment to competitive compensation and rewards its employees' hard work and dedication.
