Job Summary:

The Delivery Professional's primary responsibility is to ensure timely and safe delivery of catering orders and concierge items to clients. Under the supervision of the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery process, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle fleet, and providing exceptional customer service at every FBO and Client location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver catering orders and concierge items in a safe and timely manner, adhering to Air Culinaire Worldwide's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Participate in the process of directly serving ACW customers and obtaining feedback on our product and service, which will be relayed to the Catering Director, Catering Specialist, Sous Chef, and General Manager as required.
  • Act as an on-site problem solver in situations requiring immediate action, making decisions to solve problems following company procedures related to customer satisfaction, safety, and cost.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle fleet, ensuring that vehicles are clean, fueled, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with the assembly of silverware units and stocking of items in company vehicles.
  • Meet weekly with the GM to ensure ACW standards and procedures are accurately reflected in daily operations.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations.
  • Dress professionally and adhere to company-approved uniform guidelines.
  • Participate in cross-training to prepare or produce food in the kitchen as a secondary duty when business is slow or staffing shortages occur.

Requirements:
