About the Job
As our SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for building and executing SEO strategies that drive organic growth for our clients. You will also be responsible for identifying KPIs to measure organic success, utilizing organic performance data to prioritize and implement SEO tactics, and creating monthly/quarterly reports that highlight organic performance. Additionally, you will assist account managers with client communications around SEO knowledge and recommendations, and develop strategic direction for SEO clients.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth for clients
- Perform keyword research and develop content optimization plans
- Identify KPIs to measure organic success and utilize organic performance data to prioritize and implement SEO tactics
- Create monthly/quarterly reports that highlight organic performance
- Assist account managers with client communications around SEO knowledge and recommendations
- Develop strategic direction for SEO clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in SEO, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should be able to effectively communicate complex ideas and data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels. Your proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Botify will be essential in helping us stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing world of search engine optimization. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
