Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring that orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all food items meet our quality and safety standards, and that hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our food handling procedures and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent bending and stooping.
  • Ability to lift and carry sacks and cases of up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand recipes and menu items.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to pass recipe and food quality tests.
