Job Responsibilities- Receiving and executing Repair Orders as assigned.
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to identify repair requirements.
- Offering labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
- Delivering high-quality and efficient repair services across various automotive systems, including engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, in line with Center and Factory standards.
- Performing Quality Control inspections on repaired vehicles to confirm the completion of repairs.
- Finalizing all necessary paperwork and documentation related to repair services.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace while keeping track of dealership and personal tools.
- Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
- Engaging in ongoing BMW proprietary training and educational programs to enhance skills and expertise in cutting-edge BMW automotive technologies and processes.
- Exhibiting behaviors that align with the company’s values in all interactions.

Qualifications- Automotive Technical training or Trade School degree is strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License in the applicable state with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills along with hands-on expertise are required.
- Ability to safely and effectively operate a manual transmission.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Candidates must possess their own basic automotive tool set.
- ASE Certifications are highly regarded and relevant to BMW Certification levels.
- A professional appearance and work ethic are required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Pre-employment testing, including drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle reports, will be conducted.
