Job Description:

Job Summary:

Andrus Transportation Services Inc is seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our team. As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the Western United States. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base average of $1375/week, plus performance and experience bonuses. Our drivers enjoy a stable and supportive work environment, with a low turnover rate and a commitment to driver-centric policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a solo dry van across the Western United States, including CA, NV, AZ, UT, CO, ID, OR & WA
  • Home time and schedule: on the road for 7-10 days and home for two days at a time
  • Route information: varies - no touch, live load/unload & drop & hook

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive mileage pay and bonuses
  • Average weekly base pay: $1,375
  • Experience-based bonuses (Veterans, Hazmat Endorsement, Longevity, etc.)
  • Performance-based bonuses (Idle, Mileage, Layover, Breakdown, Referral and more)

  • Hazmat Endorsement, or ability to obtain endorsement within 90 days of employment
