Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support the educational and mental health needs of students in a K-8 district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Provide individual and group counseling to promote student mental health and well-being
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to address diverse student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development and growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings to provide recommendations based on evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Valid PEL (Professional Educator License)
  • Experience working with K-8 students preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills

About the Position:

  • Full-time position preferred, but part-time candidates will also be considered
  • 7 hours and 10 minutes per day, plus a 30-minute lunch
  • 8:00 AM to 3:40 PM work hours, with potential fluctuations based on school placement
