Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers to produce high-quality machined parts.
  • Program and troubleshoot CNC machines using manual data input (MDI) and 2D drawings.
  • Inspect parts using manual gauges and instruments to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to share information and solve technical issues.
  • Participate in Lean manufacturing events to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associate degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in CNC machining.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
