Job Title: Facilities Maintenance SpecialistOverview of Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at DoubleTree By Hilton, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. You will also repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures, develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures, and manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Detailed Job Requirements
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  • Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, as well as (2) years of experience in a hotel engineering function or similar role. A certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or a relevant field is preferred.
