We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Smartbridge. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality in mobile testing, API testing, and automation testing within Agile/DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mobile testing across both iOS and Android platforms, including testing mobile OS versions, handling device fragmentation, and understanding their impact on the testing process.
  • Work with mobile emulators and simulators, and a variety of mobile devices to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile-specific issues, such as network connectivity problems, device performance discrepancies, and UI/UX inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to report bugs clearly and ensure their resolution.
  • Document test cases and results accurately, maintaining clarity and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mobile testing, covering both iOS and Android.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
  • Familiarity with mobile-specific issues like performance discrepancies and UI/UX inconsistencies.
  • Working in Agile/DevOps environments, particularly with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control systems.
  • Ability to create and manage test cases, report bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing, including integration and system testing, is a plus.
