As an Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and implementing programs, activities, and events that promote their physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being. You will work closely with our team to determine the best activities and events for our residents, taking into account their interests, abilities, and preferences.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement programs, activities, and events that promote resident engagement and enjoyment
  • Collaborate with the care team to determine the best activities and events for residents
  • Communicate with residents, families, and staff to promote events and activities
  • Determine appropriate activity levels based on resident abilities and interests
