About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Founding Product Engineer to join our team. As a founding member, you will have ownership of the front-end design and implementation of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building websites with React, a significant portfolio of prior work, and experience working in teams. You will be responsible for furthering and maintaining our public benchmark, building out our evaluation platform, and collaborating with subject matter experts to perform reviews and automate evaluations.

We are looking for someone with top technical ability, high autonomy, and the dynamism necessary to build out essential components quickly. You will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that is revolutionizing the way we evaluate LLM performance on enterprise tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the front-end of our products using React
  • Further and maintain our public benchmark
  • Build out our evaluation platform
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to perform reviews and automate evaluations
  • Work with the team to identify and prioritize features and improvements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of industry experience building websites with React
  • Significant portfolio of prior work
  • Experience working in teams, including development sprints, Git, and pull requests
  • Strong communication skills
  • Tenacity to iterate and ship quickly
