Responsibilities:- Provide rehabilitation services to patients in acute care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and treatment options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
